Silent Book Club Richmond, VA

Welcome to the Richmond, Virginia chapter of Silent Book Club! Everyone is welcome to join us -- all ages -- from anywhere in Central Virginia, or, if you're visiting the area, feel free to drop in.

Silent Book Club is a wonderful way to make time to read. Once a month, we get together and....read. Yep! That's it. There's no assigned reading (yea! no homework!). You read whatever you want to -- books, magazines, cereal boxes.

The first half hour or so we talk about what we're reading, and then, for about 1.5 hours, we read. We meet at libraries, restaurants, museums, or similar venues. We welcome your suggestions for places and times to meet.
